Tone of voice is hugely responsible for the connection you make with your audience. Bring to mind one of your favourite brands - how do they sound? It really matters.

Language and tone impact everything from customer emails to video content. It’s one of the most overlooked pieces of work in brand marketing but can have SO much impact on how a potential customer remembers you.

I develop tone of voice guides for lifestyle, product and wellbeing brands to ensure consistency in their comms and, more importantly, connect customers with the humanity behind the brand.
